| * Bay Area Freeways: The murder of an innocent 5-year-old girl killed on 880 Saturday, might be Gang related. The attackers pulled up alongside the victim’s vehicle on 880 at speed and started firing shots into the victim’s vehicle. The third shot killed the little girl. A car matching the description was located near Santa Cruz and the Scotts Valley police recovered a gun thrown from the suspects’ vehicle. CHP and Scotts Valley PD were able to arrest the suspects. * San Francisco, CA: A dozen buses were set on fire Sunday night in Potrero Hill. The buses were owned by San Francisco Minibus which charter shuttles for a variety of events. * The ports of LA and Long Beach were shut down because of failed labor contract negotiations. Labor was halted for 24 hrs. The National Retail Federation is urging the Biden Administration to intervene to prevent a similar incident as the 2021 back-ups at these two major international ports. |   |

  | * Crimea: Satellite intelligence shows Russians creating and fortifying defensive positions along the border to Crimea. While many talking heads promote the idea of Ukraine retaking Crimea, the truth is that Ukraine can’t hold the Donbas region and push an offensive into Ukraine. Ukraine also sorely lacks the military personnel and tanks needed for such an offensive. * China is continuing its third day of rehearsals for an attack on Taiwan. Over 70 Chinese warplanes performed incursions into Taiwanese airspace Sunday. The Chinese Navy is performing live-fire drills in Taiwan straight and to the north of Taiwan, including simulated attacks on what would likely be Task Forces supporting Taiwan. The intense actions from China are a response to Taiwan President Tsai meeting with House Speaker McCarthy. Another thing to note is that this could be a build-up for the actual invasion as we approach the opening of a weather operational window. The Nimitz Strike Group is also in the region. * France is the first to cower and run… French President Macron, after returning from China, stated that Europe needed to reduce its dependency on the United States and avoid getting dragged into a conflict over Taiwan. French official noted that Chinese President Xi and Macron intensely discussed Taiwan during Macron’s visit. |

| * Louisville, KY: 4 dead, including the gunman, and eight, are injured. The attack happened this morning at around 8:30 AM in a building that houses the Old National Bank. LEOs engaged the attacker within minutes and killed the individual. The attacker appears to have acted alone and is believed to have a connection to the bank, perhaps a former employee. It is also being reported that the attacker was using a “long assault rifle”. Developing story. * Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC, D-NY) is stating that she wants SC Justice Clarence Thomas impeached. AOC stated that the court no longer has any legitimacy. The last SC justice that was impeached was in 1804. |  |
