The numbers are small and some are not in flying condition (parts?) and they also face newer and more advanced anti-air technology that newer jet fighters have a higher chance to survive. * Moldova: The country is experiencing economic instability. * The Hague: The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for War Crimes specifically for his alleged involvement in the abductions of children from Ukraine. THe court stated the Putin “is allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.” Following the issuance, Russia noted “The decisions of the International Criminal Court have no meaning for our country, including from a legal point of view.” |
